• Corrections. A price, a schedule or a rule that has changed, or a number you think is wrong. Tell us the page and what you found, with a link if you have one. We fix the page and update its date.
• Data. Weather or aurora records we should look at, or a place you'd like odds for.
• Operators and partners. If you run a tour, lodge or service we mention and something is out of date, send the current details.

Where to go instead

• A booking you made. We don't sell tours or take payments. If you booked through a link on this site, the booking is with that company, for example GetYourGuide, and their support can change or cancel it.
• Will the lights be out tonight? We don't run a live forecast. Use the NOAA 30-minute aurora forecast, the University of Alaska Fairbanks forecast for Alaska, or the Icelandic Met Office aurora and cloud forecast for Iceland.
